WELCOME
I have had the opportunity to work as a social worker, mental health practitioner, Medicare sales agent, and home remodeler which actually were all necessary to bring this idea to fruition. It is my sincerest hope to give back to the community of Hillsborough County through offering home improvements/repairs at or below construction material cost for those that otherwise would not be able to afford to keep their homes in good repair. There are a number of reasons why this market is critically important to the overall property values that impact every part of our society. Please keep up with blogs which will further explain the critical nature of this endeavor. It is my intention to be entirely transparent and operate as a not-for-profit within this community.

At Community Restoration Initiative, we strive to bring about real change in Tampa and beyond. Our services are designed to help low-income and elderly homeowners with affordable home repairs including roofing, plumbing, siding, and water damage services. We also create job opportunities for the local community. Our goal is to help as many homeowners as possible and expand our services to include addiction support, distress services, and safe housing for women.
